Our staff are expert in the interpretation and implementation of the requirements of BS6651: 1999 “Protection of Structures against Lightning”, Earthing systems to BS7430: 1998, IEEE80 standard and British Standard EN ISO: 9001:1994 and are also well placed to offer advice and assistance regarding the new European harmonised code of practice BS EN 62305.

We further provide a service in the design and installation of Transient/Surge suppression systems including a ‘free of charge' site survey.

More emphasis will be placed on Transient/Surge arresters in the European Code which is anticipated to come into effect late in 2006. Sentinel are currently approved suppliers and installers of ‘leading brand' surge equipment which ensures our customers will not be left behind when the new code is published.
